Platt & Associates is able, in many of the UK immigration routes shown below, to successfully deal with applications within twenty four hours via our access to the Premium Service offered by the Border & Immigration Agency. This service is useful to those travelling regularly in connection with their work, or if you wish to have a more speedy resolution to your application. We will be happy to discuss this option with you in more detail.

Platt & Associates is able to assist employers with applications under the Employer Sponsor Licensing Scheme, which goes live in November 2008. All United Kingdom based employers who wish to employ foreign nationals via the Tier Two Points Based Scheme (the replacement to the current Work Permit scheme) will be required to apply to the UK Border Agency for a license. To obtain this license the UK employer must submit to an audit process and to satisfy certain regulatory requirements and demonstrate that compliant Human Resource control procedures are in place. Platt & Associates has satisfied the UK Border Agency that our pre-application audit processes and procedures meet their requirements and as a result they have added our details to their list of approved support organisations for Employer Sponsor Licence applications http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/employers/points/helpandsupport/additionalsupport/.
